So I have both an MC21 and MC28 set of carbs. I have to return one of them to the dealer and get to keep one. After looking at both I realized that maybe the MC28 set won't work with my MC21 because of the angle of the carbs and hence the float chambers. Unless of course I change out the boots... I rather use the MC21 set since the throttle cable pully/cam is sized right but I'm missing that little brass guide so besides the designator "TA22B", is there another Keihin part # for these carbs? Sudco.com has a bunch of parts for Keihin but they don't recognize "TA22B". Does anyone have another part designator/part # for the MC21? Thanks.

You'll be better off just sourcing another set of carbs. Put an advert in Classifieds for a set of TA22 or TA22B MC21 carbs.

There should be loads of sets kicking about.
