MC21 standard bodywork & 300 kit for sale. *NOW SOLD*

Mon Apr 30, 2007 10:38 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

****I`ve now sold the whole bike****
Hope , (know) you`ll enjoy it Mark!
Was fed up to see it being ridden away, still like that colour scheme the best. Was thinking that`s a smart looking bike!
Sulking now. Evil or Very Mad

The racing bug`s got a good hold on me again now. So, I want to raise some funds.
I should sell the whole road bike 300 but I want some spares & can use a road registered bike to help me set up & run in new parts.

Anyway I`m not going to race the 300 so I`m thinking of selling the kit. This is the one I bought from Steve & has been tweeked by himself. Will come with all the powervalve cables, spare gaskets & a hose to the thermostat housing from the top cylinder. Even has a bottom radiator stay too.
I want £500 for it, this is what I paid for it & I`ve only done 300 miles on it since fitting.

The bodywork is Standard "R" stuff I bought from Billy (Monkey). It`s in very good condition, comes with Tank & front mudguard. I did trim it to clear the Tyga r/h pipe at the rear.
I want £350 for it, again, what I paid for it.

Hope somebody can use this stuff.

Cheers
Roy.

Could you not be tempted to sell the complete bike?
Cheers

Well, I don`t really want to.
If I did let it go complete I`d want good money for it.
I`d need £2500 to let it go complete.
Spec is,
300 kit, RS shorty plug & cap, new stainless Tyga pipes with ally silencers, HRC delimiter, new HRC jet kit, new dry clutch side case & seals, new dry clutch basket, plates, inner & pressure plate, new clutch springs & bolts. Used dry clutch shaft all bought from Tyga. Daytona air filter, new tyga Hi-Flo reed cages with HRC stuffers & reeds.
SP front & rear suspension. Gearbox internals all in very good condition. New output shaft seal. New wheel bearings in front wheel. New head race bearings & seals.
New but well scrubbed on the right hand side Michelin pilot-power race, soft tyres, 300 mles on them, same as the 300 kit.
Bodywork in very good condition.
Braided brake lines & pads front & rear.
Tax `till March 2008.
