'21 is definately more advanced, no sure how much by, but a PGMIV with a '21 flywheel would appear to be still be retarded (no jokes please Andy, Steve, Matt etc) compared to the PGMIII I'd say from the results seen on dyno's.

If you're thinking of running the '21 flywheel with the 010 card you have, then I think it'll go pop of sure. Matt's your man for this type of stuff. I've been running the 300 with a '21 flywheel to give it a little more advance, but think i'll only give about 3-5 more gee-gees. Well that's what he told me.

So.............. in answer to your question, i don't know.

Without the proper 'scope for measuring it I can't be 100% accurate, but you're looking at 1~1.5 degrees more advance with the 21 flywheel compared to the 28.
