Coming soon...

Fri Mar 10, 2006 3:41 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Real soon!

HRC replica airboxes for the MC21 and MC28.

Price will be around £45, about half that of a genuine HRC item.

The production item will be fully finished, with all the holes for carbs and cables etc.

Should be in the Marketplace by the end of the month. Pre-orders welcomed if you want to be the first! Smile

Great pictures Andy. They would have been a lot better with the floor in the background. Smile

What's the benefit? More air flow I would guess, uh?

Makes the carbs noisier! Laughing

No seriously, you benefit from loads of still(ish) air around the carbs. Far less restrictive than a stock (modified) airbox, but obviously no filter.

You can however fit pod filters inside it, so you get filtration, still air, and big open airbox!

More air = more power = more noise! Very Happy

Andy, do you think this will work with my 38's... I've been trying to make up an alloy base plate, to keep all the muck away, so I'd be interested definately!

What`s it made from?, fibreglass?

Where do you get your pod filters from?
Will you sell them in the marketplace?
