It's Back!, I think

I finally got the bike back together today. Razz It seems to run very strong which is great. There is one thing I'm wondering about. After riding for 20 minutes I noticed when I stopped at lights the rpms stayed around 3k then dropped to normal after 10-15 seconds. I remember my old dirt bike did this but, it was a pile. I've spent too much time & money on this bike to be crap. Maybe this is normal, I don't remember it being this bad before.

I didn't change anything that would require re-jetting. Any ideas? Over reacting?
Thanks

lean idle circuit. Turn the airscrew in a bit and see what happens...

Oh, and check that nothing around the carbs is sticking.
