I don't even know what a TPS is though, sorry I can't help. (Throttle position sensor? still can't help, but I can take photos of mine if that's any use?)
Might see you out at the track though sometime - I'm only able to make weekends, but if you see a orange and white mess of an NSR, then make sure you say hi!
will do Nick
yep it a "throttle position sensor". hi up on the right hand carb (sittin on the bike) n hidden behind the frame rails. dont know that a foto will do that much good but spose it worth a try. goin out to track this Friday. then maybe the one end of July. Mine is blue n white race glass (yep Suziki colours, how politicly incorrect).

Have you done a search for it? I can't recall how it's done top of my head, but I know we've talked about it before... _________________ MC21SP Plaything

Didn't get a chance to take a photo last night, but I know the part you're talking about. I had a bit of a search through here for you too but yeah, the only threads that reference it seem to be answered by PM.
Did you hear that Morgan Park is open again - only for bikes less than 600cc though. First new day is 22/7, must prebook. You interested?
Hey, how did the track day go? Did you work out how to set the TPS? If so, please share!
On a similar topic, I got mine running again today, just needs some new brake lines and some front pads and she'll be right for the trackday... but the lines for the powervalve were loose, so I thought I better sort them out... so I found the bit in the workshop on how to set them up, only I couldn't get it to work.
Turn it on, the servo moves from wherever it is to its home position, turn it off, unplug the TPS wires, turn it on, and according to the workshop section, the servo should move again so I can set the valves, only it didn't. How do you do yours?
