My MC28 SP rear suspension don't seems to go hard after I turn the little screw on the bottle at the right hand side, is that normal?

Your shock probably needs a fresh oil change and nitrogen charge. After time, the nitro charge gets low.

I was about to post a thread on this, but its already been done. Very Happy

If I want to reco the rear suspension on my mc21 SP (Im sure its never been pulled apart since new!), what parts (if any) should be changed? Is it a job I can do myself and then get the nitrogen gassed in after? Or is it really just a job for an experienced suspension tuner?

You will need to have a machinist put a valve in your nitrogen reservoir or buy a reservoir cap that already has one in it.

Bleeding the shock is a little tricky, but the whole job really isnt that complicated.
