Anyone up north looking for a 21?

Tue Jan 24, 2006 12:57 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Just wondered if anyone up north was interested in my MC21? My friends selling an RVF at a very reasonable price but I'd have to sell the 21 first. I'll miss her, but I look like a gorrilla on a minimoto. If he sells his RVF before I sell the NSR then I'll just have to continue looking like a gorrilla on a minimoto. Embarassed

I'm 5"10' and 14 stone and I struggle to get comfy for any great distance. His RVF isn't that much bigger but the seat to footrest height gives me a little more leg room plus I love the V4 motor!

Any reasonable offer will not be refused. If you check back my previous posts I think I had it on at £1400 + some photos. I've had wheels painted since then and some new footrests + new battery. It's a nice bike, I'm not looking for stupid money just a decent offer probably when seen.

I was posting to see if anyone was interested as I needed a quick turn around to buy the RVF I was interested but it has now gone Crying or Very sad . Some people arent as computer literate as others and require help with posting pics etc which wasn't available at the time. It takes other smart@&ses to help them out! Wink

Apologies rickster, I think I'll be keeping her for now since I've just insured her for the year & I dont have the readys available for an RVF. I'm not defecting to the bore stroke brigade either. (building an MC21 racer + NS400R) I just fancy something a little less hard work (boring & practical!) to ride on the road + I love the TYGA RCV rep bodywork.

Regards

Are you trying to encourage new users here or deter them by making snyde derogatory remarks in their posts? This forum is a minefield of information for people who love their NSR's and want to find out more about them, a place for general chit chat and to shoot the cr@p about the woes of yet another busted PGM or cold seizure, and a place to escape to when the pressures of another Monday afternoon in the office become too much.

If I have comments of a constructive nature that could help someone else (rarely), then I'll post them, and if I have a question for the wealth of experience available on this forum (often) then I'll ask it, but I dont butt in on other peoples scribes to point out the error of their ways. Does your 149 posts give you some sort of God like authority?......Please guide us 'o' great one for we are all naive and stupid. If you're so god damn special......

...then you will know that the path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequites of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brothers keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers! And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengance upon thee! (Ezekiel 25:17) [or Samuel L Jackson, Pulp fiction 19:23]

There's another little quote for you skooterboy. Have a little think in future about who you might be offending, or they might get medieval or your ass!

I thought your response was in good humour, hence my reply.

In my original reply i simply commented that by adding pictures & a better description it would help you sale.

I then searched for your previous for sale thread & added a helpful link to it.

I finished my post wishing you good luck on the sale.

Shocked
