Read everything on the packet that they came in and also there should be a little book that came with them. A picture of what goes where is in there somewhere.

I bought some TDR reeds for my RZ350 and the small strip goes on top of the large pedal, it is supposed to make them open easier in the begining and provide more stiffness the further they open. My instructions wern't very good but they did show that. I used my stock metal stop figuring that you wouldn't want them to bend too far and possibly break. The bike runs great and pulls really hard so I am happy and I believe they are in correctly.
These were not the same brand or used on the same bike so anyone feel free to post up with a correction.
