Are there any adapters that mounts where the standard brackets are sitting, but allow you to remove the fairing without tools, by removing f.x. a R-clip ?

F.x. to allow these fairing mounts to be used

Are you thinking of Dzus D-Ring fasteners?

Not DZUS. If you scroll down on the link to " Fairing Mounts" you see the part that attaches to the fairing, that part goes into a piece of alu pipe that again is attached to a cylindrical stud welded on the frame ( on a racing bike, that is) but as the NSR don't have these studs welded to the frame I want a bracket (with the stud), that bolts to the same place , under the frame, as the standard brackets.

It's not hard fitting your own quick release stuff - I've done it to my race fairing. You just have to rivit the back plate to the inner part, and Bob's yer uncle!
