Rear master cylinder. MC21/28 interchangeable?

As the subject asks; would a MC28 rear master bolt up to the MC21 steps?

Have you checked the parts manual to see if the numbers match?

I don't think it fits.

If you look at aftermarket rear-sets, the top mounting hole is usually slotted to allow for the different pitch.

most honda rear master cylinders have a 50mm pitch...

Yeah, it was the first place I checked and the numbers were different. But I thought maybe the 28 master superceded the 21 but might still fit - I guess not Confused

Maybe the 28 pegs will fit the 21, and you can swap the whole lot?

I'm pretty sure I've seen 21 pegs on a 28 so I'm guessing it should work the other way round too.

I've a set of 28 pegs you can use if you want Jezza.
