New 21 Owner Questions

Sat Feb 11, 2006 10:45 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi - I have the chance to buy a 21 which looks to be in immaculate condition (with a Tyga bodykit fitted).

Being new to NSR's - and knowing first hand about probs with RGV's and power valves - can anyone out there give me a heads up about any potential problems with a 21 - or servicing a 21.

Many thanks in advance.

Regards to all

Ewan (Fifer) Smile

It's not an RGV, therefore you will have no problems! Wink

It is a 2-stroke though, so be prepared for anything! Wink

Make sure the powervalves are clean and operating correctly. They can coke up which burns out the servo and if you leave it to long it will also burn out the pgm unit, very expensive!
