Hello, im planning on doing my fork conversion this weekend. I understand the ZXR400 yokes and stem fir the nsr frame using the NSR bearings and Cones....My question is what are the cones, are these the races or something else. Will i need any special tools? bearing puller etc etc, The ZXR yokes are complete with ALL races and bearings, dust covers etc etc. any help appriciated
