Help With some NC30 forks for my NSR please

Just got some second hand NC30 forks they seem to be in good order, i havent fitted them yet but they dont seem to have any damping in them , they seem very spring-----eeeee is there a way to check if there is any oil in them, is it an easy dumb arse job to open the top and look inside?, there are bolts at the bottom of the legs, are these drain plugs? any help would be great, i was going to put them on today but if i cant check, ill wait till winter and have them rebuilt with the rear shock!

Yes
Stick them in the triples to stop them turning, and unscrew the top...

Make sure the front wheel is off the ground (so the suspension is under zero load) when you do it though! Wink

cool, there not on the bike at the mo, so ill put thrm back in the triple clamps, and have a look... ta
