Ok guys,
Has anyone fitted the DMR Japan water pump kit?
The version that has the blue rinforced pump gear.
I'm asking because I can't bloodywell remember which way the water seal
Is pressed into the blue aluminium seal housing..
Of course, no instructions included AND no dam water seals either.
had to use a quinine honda seal but I'm not happy with it as the shaft seems to
large in diameter for the seal.

Not the DMR one, but I did buy the T2Racing one. But I have to hold my hand up... I didn't fit it... I had them send it direct to René in Holland, who's been restoring my bike.

DMR have a good reputation, from what I can see, so I am surprised if you are having issues. I can't see it being any different to the T2R drive, which I know a number of forum members have used. I also wouldn't be surprised if the T2R and DMR drive came from exactly the same supplier, with just a different colour plastic used! My restoration, aside the T2R water pump drive, is all OEM seals and gaskets, and René didn't report any issues fitting it.

Hopefully one of the other members will be along soon with a bit more insight.
