Crankcase/Cylinder Studs

Fri Oct 18, 2019 3:30 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi hope someone can help?

I am in the process of putting new Studs into the Crankcase for the Cylinder assemblies.
Are there any recommendations eg:
- do I do them hand tight and then just nip them up like the Cylinder Head Studs;
- or do I loctite them and torque them up (if so any ideas on Torque values?).

Many thanks in anticipation.

Best Regards

Philip
