By the time the navicomputer gives me the co-ordinates for the jump to hyperspace, I usually run out of road so unfortunately have to stay at sub-light speed unfortunately Crying or Very sad

Had an off day at Motegi after a migraine, but managed to get just over 11,000 rpm in 6th gear down the back straight every lap (it is downhill). With a 16 tooth in the front and a 39 in the rear, according to Jamie's NSR page sprocket guide (thanks Jamie!) that should be hitting somewhere close to 200kph dead on, depending on the effect of tyre profile I suppose.

WIth more practise and some less battered pipes I expect another 10kph, but 220kph seems unlikely at this point. SHould be easily doable by a very good rider on a 65 RWHP bike.

When I get to Fuji speedway there'll be that monster long straight so I should be able to pull off 220kph.

Paul P's MC28 hit 135 mph according to the speedo of the CBR9 I was riding. Still climbing slowly but in the interests of getting home he shut it off.

Seized on the way home after hitting nearly 140mph after holding it full volume for about 3 miles. Oops!

Hunted round in the jungle at about 10pm until we found a nice man with a pickup to take it back to Pattaya.

Ohh, didn't we have a lovely time.......................
