Mon Mar 19, 2018 10:26 am » Post: #1 » Download Post

Hi guys,

Need some help for my bike
As nice weather getting back, i want drive my Mc21 Razz

Carbs cleaned , i changed insulator carburator as the old one have some minor cracks on it,
Bike start easy, rev perfectly on neutral, both cylinder works fine, no over heat, everything perfect but ...

first gear on, when i try to go its seems like no more gaz in the tank beuuuuuuhh then i hold clutch and engine back to normal then i try again and beuuuuuhh
So i have to rev very high then slowly slipe clutch, then its goes like a rocket. Twisted Evil
There is just no way to drive it on road like this, itd like on/off mode

Any idea what could be the problem or does someone ever faced this situation?

Weird is my tzr 3xv have exactly same problem, both bikes were asleep for fews months... dont think its gasoline problem as another bike of mine drive good and gasoline inside is much older.

thanks for read and thanks for any advice or idea

Take care

Have you checked power valves move when the ignition is switched on?
If not, it could be a flat battery or something directly related to the power valves

I took short video of it just now, it may help

In fact valve can move with hands but its very difficult and then when i put ingnition on its back to normal, seems servo its not broken then.

But is it normal that is very difficult to move it by hands? and turn it to the left is much harder than turn it to the right (i turned it at maximum on the movie)
and when i start engine i dont see it move

**Edit: Problem solved,i put WD everywhere then i noticed was idle problem, was too high around 2000/trs, so i set to 1000/1200/trs valves start to work immmediatly, good

Then i still got one problem , bike drive good only if i let starter half open... filter clean, carbs clean, start easy, i never touched any carbs setting. Any idea???
