I'm looking for the following MC28 parts, the rear brake hose guide that bolts to the end of the swingarm. Item 5 in the pick below. I believe this the same part is used on the VFR/RVF 400.

For the bolt, I've found you can search fowlers for a similar part eg bolt flange 10x12
Sometime cmsnl have a picture of the bolts to verify if it's similar
