yes the machine is warmed . I think the cable is in good condition and it is free movement

Probably a dead crankshaft centre seal. Classic symptom on the 89~97 NSRs.

Andy I think you're right . You mean the two seals of the r crankshaft, the right and the left? . Do I have to disassemble full cylinders to change those two seals or can I access them from the side covers? Thank you and greetings.

No, I mean the centre seal. The seal integral to the centre main bearing.
