I recently ordered a new axle nut for my MC18, using the part number listed, sure enough the part arrived and part number was correct, and nut was for a 16mm spindle with an internal dia between threads of about 14.3mm, the only problem was the nut was about a 1/3 smaller than my existing nut. When I measured my existing nut the internal dia between threads was approx 16.3mm and the axle measured up at 18mm. I guess I should have checked my axle instead of assuming right part was fitted my bike , as it had been a bit messed about with before I got it. I can only assume that a diffrent axle has been fitted, possibly MC21? Anyone know if MC21 has 18mm axle? If so I'll order a nut for that. Many thanks
