RS250 inlet rubbers

Sun Dec 20, 2015 9:16 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

I'm in the process of converting my mates NSR to RS250 carbs, but cannot find any inlet manifolds anywhere! Is there a source for these anywhere? We have the carbs and most other bits already, just need the manifolds.

Many thanks,
Andrew

I thought that might be the case, I guess I'll just keep a look out in the usual places. Don't people run NF5s any more then, are they just museum pieces? Laughing

No, i still give mine a good run out 5-6 times a year. I personally think your better off sticking with the origonal carbs, a few people have tried unsucsesfully with rs carbs, and i dont think the gains, ( if any ) are worth the hassle, your probably better off trying to scource an HRC jet kit or some f3 carbs. I think fontty of this forum had some on his a while back, he'll probably be along to tell you the gains or pitfalls, good luck with it though.

Hi Les,

Just realised who you are! Have met you a couple of times at Brands track days last summer. My mate Dave has the AXO Gresini NSR300! Very Happy The carbs are for that bike.

Cheers,
Andrew

I ran both my 300 and F3 NSR's on PWK 39's and F3 carbs, The F3 carbs performed better everywhere.
