Nsr tune up

Is any one know where i can have my Nsr tune up in California Bay area?
Or would like to show or teach me to fix the problem?
I guess my problem is the carburetor. Here the link show what happened to my chamber.

A little rusty? The chamber, that is.

...Wait. I took a long look at it, and I *think* that's oil you're pouring out of the chamber? It's a bit difficult to recognise. That doesn't seem right :S

oil is all over the fairing,and look pretty bad. the tip of the silencer has oil too.
