300 Misfire

please someone could help ..1500rpm cold cylinder above, 11000rpm flaw..

then punish 10 minutes engine improves but speed normal fails again..

has new crankshaft 1000km
few days ago I put new piston and rings
new plugs
new reels
I tried cdi pgm3
carburetor clean
could someone please give review

Hi there , it could be a few different problems check the battery is +12 volts , then check the colour of the spark plugs . What plugs are they ?
