thermostat 19300-kv3-701

Hi guys my mc28 overheated and blew coolant everywhere. Including ruining my dry clutch and blowing a big hole in a right angled plastic feed block that bolts onto the water pump that diverts to the cylinders. Must have been one hell of a pressure there and we feel that maybe the radiator cap didn't function or the thermostat was jammed and didn't allow the water to circulate.
Been speaking to Tom and JohnnyMac about the blow up I had and they have said they will have a hunt around to see what they have etc.
Prob is it could be a long wait for some of these and the clutch parts I need so i'm putting feelers out to the forum.
The part number for this right angle plastic connector is 19410-kv3-000 this part may be available on back order come end of June.. so I'm wondering if anyone has one going spare.
I'm also looking for a thermostat part number 19300-kv3-701. However Lings say this is a discontinued item now. So again I'm looking to see if anyone has a thermostat for an mc28 spare.
I'm also looking to see if anyone has parts for the dry clutch assembly sitting around. Red my other post.
Typical the bike should go wrong when the weather turns good.
Cheers guys.

Anybody got a spare thermostat for an MC28 kicking around?
Mine may be working as tested it. However rather not risk it and would prefer another.

If thermostat is OK (and radiator cap faulty?), then possibly a leak across a head gasket from combustion chamber to water jacket caused a pressure build up?
Does the bike blow any steam out of the pipes when running?
