hi guys just thought id share the first pics of my nsr rebuild, still awaiting a few parts, spec as follows,

Nissin radial brake cylinder
Harris clip ons
Harris damper mount
Awaiting genuine front discs
Fireblade calipers rr1
Honda rsw race fairings
Hrc kit loom and card
RS250 pj38mm carbs
Alloy race fuel cap
Jha pipes with carbon silencers
Samco hoses
Wrathall cylinders

I will update as and when i get some more parts, really enjoying doing it to be honest, stuggled getting certain parts, engine mounting rubbers have been a while, genuine discs are taking a while too, was hoping to have it finished by september but im not going to rush it, id rather have it right, body work is all going for painting this week in tt legends colours so shold be different, will update soon, dave

just a few updated pics, just slotted the motor back in, having an issue with the engine stopper, when i bought the bike it had no bushes in where it mounts to the motor, ones available and one isnt, looks like a machining job, overall its getting there though, just parts are slow, genuine discs are due 5th september, hel are sorting the brake hoses for me as having the radial cylinder the length is different to oem, taking the bodywork to cadwell this weekend for collection to get painted, when its up and running i will get it on a dyno to see where its at, its set up for avgas, on the look out for an mc21 fly wheel etc, just been scanning the forum, it seems to give better performance, i will update when i get some more parts, dave

the ohlins i got from a bsb 125 rider, from his rs125 honda, it just takes a bit of machining with the top and bottom bushes, and a ride height mod, dave
