When you have a leak in the head gasket can it make your coolant/water in the radiator turn slightly pink?

Dunno! Usually makes it makes the coolant smell like fuel, milky or oily looking? Can you do a compression test? Also it would run hot and the coolant level will be down. Easy to tell if its running hot in this weather, my mc18 doesn't get to 80 deg even in traffic at the moment! Someone with more experience will definatly be able to give a better answer.

Yeah going though water big time, and at night if I'm at the lights and a car pulls up behind me it looks like steam or smoke coming out one exhaust. But the weird part is compression seems ok, and if I idle the bike with the rad cap off i carnt see any bubbles

Don't ride the bike untill you have fixed it ! The water cools the piston crown on each stroke and then the explosion heats it up again making the piston brittle and it will break away. Open it up , check the heads are flat and the top of the barrel

depends what colour your collant started as, ive seen blue, green, red( goes pinky colour after a while) plain water.
as nsrdownunder said but any colour gear oil usually goes a grey colour after a little use.
and the 2 stroke oil in the water to get that u must have plumbed in the pipework really bad to get that.
