They look similar to my wheels... My colour was called 'black sparkle' Most good painters will probably have come across the new colour though if you ask.

Black Chrome is a finish that Micron used to offer on some of their systems, in particular, the Micralloy and Micron Hy-power versions asross the model board and on all Micron GP systems - excluding the cans that is.

It was a hard, high quality finish that looked a bit like a pearised racing green or very (very) dark green. I think the closest colour I've seen any vehicle painted in this sort of colour is my company Ford Focus in some sort of Pearl Black.

I don't know but I think the finish itself was applied in a similar way to Chrome or Nickle plating so if its on wheels then it's unlikely to be true 'Black Chrome'.

Easiest way would be to use a celly or synthetic black and blow a Pearliser over the top of it.
