hello all. i am a very desperate man indeed as something shorted on the wiring loom of my mc16 and it looks like a fair bit of work to put it right again. does anyone have a spare loom at all? i dont have much money but im more than willing to pay as much as i can afford. the bike was very near to being finished as ive just had my custom bodywork finished but this has put a pause on things. if anyone can help i would be very greatfull. thanx

Make sure you find the cause of the fault before you power on a replacement loom. The last thing you want is to fry your new loom.

bugger indeed. thinking about it i think that im to blame to be honest. iv put a custom made subframe on the bike as the original one was cut in half. i had a battery off another bike that was too big for the battery box so i had it sitting on the swingarm while the bike was on paddock stands. i reckon when i started the bike that perhaps one of the battery terminals made contact with the frame? any how i need a new loom or if any one knows of someone who can make one. greatfull for any replies guys. thanx
