MC21 rebuild

I have just been putting my mc21 back together and have just connected the fuel tank .I turned the fuel tap on and fuel has rushed out of the overflow pipes.Any suggestions for the remedy?Any advice greatly received as I am gagging to get this bike finally up and running!

Sounds like your floats are stuck! Take your carbs apart & check 'em!!

if your carbs are flooding it sounds like you need to check you needle valves and floats. sounds like some things sticking.

Thanks for the info chaps.Also I have fitted TYGA pipes and the right hand chamber is really close to the swingarm.I have tried everything to move it away but sucess.Has anyone else experienced this?It is not a real concern but it would be nice to know if it is normal!
