I know sounds odd, Long Story, I have an NSR im trying to register but California has a funny rule about registering any vehicle purchased from out of state that is used, it can't be registered unless it has at least 7,500 miles on it. I only have an HRC card on mine and cannot show milage, SO if anyone here, has a PGM with at least 13,000 kl on it I would be grateful if we could work out a deal if I cold just borrow or rent it until it pasess inspection, in dire need.
