In the process of defurring the outer casings and giving it a general clean .
Comes with:
TA Carbs
RC Servo
OIL & Coolant tanks
All cables including speedo
I think all relays / sensors
It is complete just now and Front n Rear cyclinders are making 138 PSI , I am waiting for the head, base & carb overhaul gasket kits to arrive on Wednesday then I will split the top end off and do detailed photos of the bores - from looking in the exhaust port they look good. I will also then remove the carbs and open them up for cleaning and fitting the overhaul gasket kit, again will photo before and after.
Have attached some pic's for now but better ones to come

Engine needs to be sent in two parts so the new gaskets will be included - I will rebuild the carbs (cleaned with pukka Mikuni crab cleaner rather than a carb cleaner designed for skooshing in while the bike is running - these destroy O rings ! ) Bottom end will be inside a sealed cardboard box that is then placed inside a plastic crate and secured with bonding straps (easier to carry) with the top end and carbs going into a cardboard box of their own. Packages can be staggered , grouped or sent same time - your decision.
71,000 Yen including upto 12 weeks SeaMail to Europe/Ireland. (this can be upgraded to EcoAir or Express air but much moolah!)
65,700 Yen including upto 8 weeks SeaMail to Oceana/USA/Canada.
Comes with a start up warranty (rebuild must be carried out by competant/qualified person) , should any component (excluding cables) and providing it is still available fail ; I will supply at cost price for 3 months after arriving at destination. I will check the tracking to confirm this date. Fuller details on this warranty on request, but your not going to be disapointed with this unit or my service.
The MC18 SP was made in limited numbers and the engine is derived from the track version RS250 , these engines make the same power as an MC21 (or should in the right hands!) so this package would suit a variety of owners. If still available (should be) I will also put in a new seal for the dry clutch to crank incase the original starts weaping from not being used for so long and then being heated up. A few hoses are needing trimmed back and you can decide to have these replaced with OEM / Aftermarket at extra cost.
Cheers, MM!
