Missing Part

Wed May 17, 2006 4:52 pm » Post: #1 » Download Post

I got my first parts order in for the NSR. One part was missing because they said it was NLA.

91307-283-000 O-ring 8x1.5

Does anybody know of a new part number?

I'm sure I still have it. a total of three are used. It looks like a common size so I bet Honda just changed the number.

O-rings are O-rings, it does not need to be a honda one. Check a bearing shop or any good auto parts place. I get alot of my bearings and O-rings from www.mcmaster.com

ROTFLMAO It's just an O-ring for crying out loud!

Like cyclenut says, just go and buy an 8x1.5mm O-ring or two from any bearing shop, motor factor, diving shop... Home Depot/B&Q even probably!

What it is for? I'm guessing, by the size and from memory, the transmission oil pump? Regardless of what it is actually for, there is NOTHING special about the OEM part.
