We need a lot more information before we can help me old China.

What exactly did you check on the engine?
Compression?
Did you have the heads off?
Checked the battery?
Is there a spark?
Is there fuel in the carbs?
Are the jets blocked?
Does the engine turn over?

Answer that lot and we can get a better picture! Wink

Next thing I'd do is replace (slave in) a new coil to see if that's the problem. Unlikely as both have failed, but it's cheaper to try than the ignition unit.

After that then providing all the wires check out, the last thing will be the PGM I'm afraid. Try TYGA for help in locating a replacement.

Try popping the flywheel cover off to make sure a pickup coil hasn't vibrated loose, it happened to me.

One of the small Allen screws had dropped out and had been magnetically "sucked" in behind the flywheel. It lodged in between to of the stator coils and burned the stator out, causing IGN failure!

How did the motor stop? Was it a sudden failure, or did performance seem to break down over a (short) period of time? Also, are you positive there is no spark from either plug? The spark can appear very weak when the plug is out of the chamber, but is actually sound!

Andy.

Put a 'wanted' on the for sale section of the site. Try Ebay. Email the guys at TYGA.

Or for a laugh, pop along to your Honda dealer and ask them!
