fork springs

my forks are on full adjustment, have added extra oil and i still find them to soft, its an mc18 r5k
anybody know where i can get stiffer fork springs from
or anybody have any tips how to stiffen them up

I used MH racing to fettle mine. Revelation. I'm sure there's someone closer to you though, as they're near Corsham in Wilts.

i dont know if this helps but i put a socket in the top of my mc16 forks to stiffen them up to suport my weight.

basicaly found two sockets the same size in my tool box that just fit inside the stantions and placed them in between the springs and the tops.

dont know if this helps you, it did effect overall travel but then again when i sat on it before it just pushed the forks down so i had less travel anyway.

was it expensive to have your forks rebuilt with mh racing, do you think it was worth it, did they convert them to cartridge ?

have thought about putting washers on top of springs to stiffen the forks up
tried various companys for fork springs but nobody makes them for mc18

the springs inside the cb400 aero and the early cbr600 i know fit the earlier mc18 and are stiffer than the nsr springs dont know if that helps
