I have been riding for years now, and never been stoped by police....BUT today i had the amazing idea to ride the NSR 80miles to work DOH! Now the A1 was crap, 70mph and everything was going past.
Into London and i just dont know what happened it all went MAD!!!! the bike came on real Good. So i got stoped comming into london near holloway, Plod thought i was trying to pull a wheelie because i gave it a handful at the lights...still didnt believe me when i said its a 2 stroke you need to do that!! Next big roundabout by old street 2 R1's and a cbr6 all blasting for the quickest line round the circle, and the NSR.................. round the outside LOL how much fun LOADS!!! What a blast. but plod (police for those who dont know) was watching again (mirrors are so shite on the nsr im sure he wasnt there 5 seconds ago) but thankfully it was a diffrent plod. He gave me the dont do it again rubarb and sent me on my way. 2 nice police officers one naughty bike!! Looking forward to the ride home im going the long way LOL Ill have to stick with the VFR for work trips the NSR is gona get me banned!

RC - Where abouts in London do you work? Sounds like you take the same route as me if I decide to ride in!

Work near London Bridge For LLOYDS so down A1 all the way, Old street Moorgate, Bank, London Bridge, then down the road to work..Are you near Nigel in St ablbans?

I work near Barbican / Farringdon. Not sure where Nigel is, but yes, I live just outside St Albans.

If I ride to work I go down the A1, through Holloway, Islington and onto Barbican.

I hope you make full use of that Tunnel
