Ram Air for the NSR - who has the money?

Harc-Pro ram air system for sale in Japan under the following link:

http://page9.auctions.yahoo.co.jp/jp/auction/k24607697

In order to get this thing you'll have to use an auction service like www.rinkya.com. I've used them before and they are reliable but it's not cheap - tons o fees.

But hell, for someone who has everything and money no object, this might do the trick.

If you need a japanese to english translator, try www.worldlingo.com.

Hmmmm! That's seriously tempting.

Can't justify buying this before I've bought new Tyga pipes though!

Bugger! That's more than seriously tempting! A call was made to Jha and HARC Pro just a month ago trying to buy such a kit!

Rinkya is riddled with charges! I'm reading through it to try and work out the costs, but there are so many hidden charges and clauses that say you can still get charged extra, even after final invoicing!!!

Two days to go and somebody has already bid on it. It could go for over 30,000

Let's see, I bought a crank using Rinkya and the auction ended for about $100 USD. When it was all said and done, it ended up costing me $190 USD. The killer part is the shipping because they charge like 25% of the final shipping. Now, I had it shipped to Hong Kong so the total shipping would not be as expensive as the UK. But could you imagine 25% of the shipping costs to the UK Shocked

If there is some serious interest, maybe we should get Matt from Tyga involved. I thought I saw in a post he had a Harc-pro ram air running on his bike. If anyone could make copies, I'm sure he could!

I am bidding on it for Andy, so please nobody else go bidding in competition via rinkya or any other route!!!

If you want to fight Andy for it, better do it outside the auction, because otherwise one of you will end up paying more than you have to.

Clarkie... in the words of the great Homer J, "why you little..."! Smile

Invigiator, no, I wouldn't do that to you! Hang on in there please, and Clarkie, yes I would be interested in a loan please.

Dave, one of the men that does wonderful things in composities has a sister, and the man that knows a man who can, also has a sister... the other man that can though, has a brother in the RAF you know - what a coincidence eh?! Wink
