Are the frames different 21 vs 28

My biggest reason for wanting to know is I got a set of GP style pipes for cheap and they dont mount-up at the hanger, everything else seem ok. They are about 30mm foward and I'm torn on cutting the pipe hangers and trying to modify. I'm thinking maybe they are for Honda RS250 if the frames are the same on a 21 vs 28.

21 & 28 frames are the same as far as mounting the pipes are concerned, although 21 specific pipes on a 28 will hit the proarm, and 28 specific pipes on a 21 will hit the swingarm on the right.

RS250 pipes won't fit. I had them on our NRS for a while and had to cut off the brackets and weld new ones on.

MC18 pipe mounting positions are different to 21/28, so they may be 18's.

Matt did Tyga ever make RS250 pipes ? And how much off were the mounts you cut ? Sound like what I might have, mount are foward. I have them at work and was going to do that. Will they work OK ? RSW body going on the bike.

Oh 18's that is what the person said they were for but had the wrong flanges, they had flanges for a RGV. Will they still work ? Take a look at them and tell me what you think they fit ? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=4567994263&rd=1&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWN%3AIT&rd=1
Paul seemed to think MC21 or 28, he said mc18 have curled headpipe.

Look at this page from Tyga. They are not mc-18 you will see why in the picture on this page. They look like mc-21/28 to me.

That is what Paul at Tyga said, but they don't mount-up to my 21, and Matt said 12 28 mount the same. So what else could they be. Tyga site dose not show the GP style for a 18 which they are GP style. I did see that a 18 curls at he headpipes.
