I am totally asking for a friend but if my "friend" was to remove his 2T pump and go premix what would he have to do? Just simple remove the 2T pump and make a cover plate? Or is there more to it? Remember this info is for my friend and id never dream of doing such a stupid thing.

You need to fit an oil seal end cap to blank the drive off, and a rubber plug if the crankcases are the later type with the extra oil feed, under the plate.

Don't forget to blank the unions on the carbs and rejet to suit.

Dan, at Gecko use to sell the blanking plate for the pump, the rest is fairly straightforward, give him a shout, I bet he still has some.
