I have a HEL Performance radial master cylinder to give away...

However, I'm not sure how to go about it to ensure it's fair! Any ideas?

The competition will be open to Ti Members only (well, it is a £240 prize, after all!), so hopefully you'll already be satisfied that whoever wins will be deserving of the prize by virtue of our common interest and support of the site.

The prize will be a HEL Performance HMC19 in the colour of your choice (Black Series or Nickel GP). Full factory warranty and support, just as if you had purchased it direct from the HEL Performance website.

Fastest competition winner in history?!

I've been looking at some random number generator websites. Looking for ways that I can find a winner, that anyone can verify. Ensuring the competition is seen as fair is important to me, particularly if the winner ends up being a very long-standing member. As I say, I'm sure Ti members won't have a problem with whoever wins, but there are certain malicious people/lurkers out there that will plaster BS all over other sites and social media calling out favouritism to meet their agenda.

but I agree the random number generator done over live stream is probably the best

Generator numbers and live streamin ?, you've lost me already, but as Andy already knows iam a bit of an old dinasour when it comes to modern tech. But whatever you choose Andy is fine by me.
