There are plenty of tyre postings on the forum, try the search

Bridgestone are the most generally available and good enough for road use. There are quite a few more sticky options available, though some are not available in the UK and possibly Europe

Mega subjective! I've ridden two MC21s on Bridgestones, and hated both experiences, but others absolutely swear by them.

Back in the day I really liked the old Dunlop "Rideen" GPR70-SP (which was subsequently replaced by the GPR-A10). Not sure what the equivalent would be today though, but others really complained about lack of feel with Dunlops.

Now I wouldn't put anything on other than Pirelli Supercorsas. They go on everything, from the endurance racers (RC30/RC45), NSR500Vs, and NSR250s.

As a side note, we did put Bridgestones on the NSR500V Aoki bike, and Alan Cathcart said it was the best handling NSR500V he'd ever ridden... right up until the point he crashed it! ROTFLMAO

Hi,
I have Metzeler Sportec M7 RR on my MC21 - I like these for normal road riding.

Jay.

I’ve just bought a set of Dunlop Alpha 13SP which are the defendants of the Redeens GPR70s. Designed for lightweight bikes like the 250. I’m not sure the Supercorsas are.

We shall see how they go.
