What I'd like to do is use the single sided swing arm, do a 300 big bore kit and dry clutch. I'm not entirely worried about body work because I can make anything fit. I haven't decided if I want to make it a road legal bike as of yet, so lights, signals, and dB restrictions are of no concern to me. Was also considering running a battery delete as well.
Magteks would be nice but I'm not about to spend $1000 on wheels that need new bearings anyway. Was leaning towards supermoto spoked wheels. mildly aggressive riding position, hoping for more of a motard feel. Would definitely like the 6 spokes if I choose to not go with the SM look.
My questions for the build would be:
-ideal motor - will need to be built up anyway
-best frame for the job
-color scheme ideas
I just bought a bunch of stuff for my MC16... The one I didn't sell on eBay lol. Anyways, looking to do a kooky set of spare fairings and wheels, maybe something purple and yellow/gold with some hot pink... not too sure. Currently I just need a rear section which and right side faring, which I'm watching on the auctions right now. Got a complete working crankshaft, BOTH OEM CRANK SEALS BABY

My custom bike needs to look and feel like I was on cocaine the majority of time I was creating it. I don't partake but I think you understand what I mean. Trick. I would like some stainless pipes but we will see how it goes. I am also designing a digital display HUD for a compression gauge pod I'm fabbing up. Should be lots of fun and will feed my nerdges (nerd urges). It's a dual hose connection that has the plugs routed right up to the cylinders but are tucked away out of sight but still convenient and won't get burnt up.
here's my Mc16 as she sits right now.

I got the new fairings and lever on and tried to do a bit more cleaning up. You can see the aging (?) on the silencers and frame, no matter what I do it won't come off, so I'm just gonna polish them up when I get some more time. Wheels are getting a new coat of white and some new rubber ordered in soon. Got the brakes on point, carbies dialed, parts I NEED ordered, parts I WANT ordered... Good times. Who said being single with no kids was a bad thing?
