As far a weight goes, think you would need about 40Kg of ballast
Can't find a definitive answer as to how the police / insurance co would check it
BTW these are lovely bikes, my son has just got one (Jap import) hence the question. Makes me wish I took my test when I was his age. Still, he has a spare nsr 125 now, might have to do a cbt
