Wouldn't say there was a lot of difference between any of the top makes Simon as for links and rivets, i always run a joining link on mine, 250,s and 125,s, in fact when my son was racing, in 9 years we always ran a joining link and that was spanning 125,s through to 1,000cc, not once can i remember any problem, i know people will say what the hell were you doing with a joining link on a 1,000, but you pays your money and takes your chance, it worked for us !!!!.
