Has anyone ever dealt with Absolute Motorcycle Parts?

According to thier FAQ they are located in Thailand.

They are listing discontinued new parts (unavaliable elsewhere) as avaliable for sale.
I was looking to get a new carb insulator (16210-KV3-830) from them and wondering if anyone on the forums have had experience with this vendor.
