Plenty of people on here have stripped and rebuilt NSR's, Johnymac has probably built nearly as many as Honda so no shortage of knowledge available.

The parts book will give you clues as to where they go, the exploded diagrams are really helpful and it gives the bolt dimensions in the part description.

Post some pictures up of the parts you arent sure about and I'm sure someone on here will help.
