After all the dramas of trying to locate a replacement PGM3 and having one go missing in transit from the UK, there were suddenly 2 for sale on eBay!! Add the one from the UK as well (which cost me 3 times the one on eBay) and I have cornered the market on PGM3 computer units!!! Put the replacement unit in and started 3rd kick. I also took the opportunity to buy a bunch of second hand spares that had been listed on eBay from Japan. Have had a ball screaming around the streets on test rides. Still have to sort some intermittent sealing on the float needles which should be an easy fix and giving the carbs a good clean can't hurt anyway. Also bought a replacement fuel cock off eBay but the mountings turned out to be wrong so cleaned up the exisitng one. BUT another NSR250 returns to the roads and that's the main thing - I rode to work and didn't stop smiling for most of the morning!!
