According to the NGK book:

R7282 3/4" thread

R7282A 22mm thread

Sorry for the mix of imperial and metric, but that's the NGK book for you! 3/4" is approx 19mm, so similar to the standard BR9ECM.

Detonation counter rings are approx 2.5~3mm deep, so that all adds up as I thought.
