Just had one done for mine by a reputable company, frame number MC21-1012*** according to the online parts manual it could be an R7L, R8L, or R9L. Its come back as 1995, I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure we're in 28 territory there? I guesstimated 1990 for the MOT (G or H plate UK) N or P is going to look wrong on this surely?
