yeah needed it fixed asap its my work transport thats why i was so pissed when it broke

i took it apart and the exhausts and the crank cases were full of fuel so i removed the full exhausts and both barrels then used compressed air to blow out all the fuel from the bottom end of the engine

i then renewed the float needle valves and reset up the float heights they were out by miles i replaced all fluids and fitted a new air filter, new plugs and new caps

i extended the side stand this may have been the cause why the floats were not fully closing not sure really dont really care just happy its fixed

now just need to do the fork seal that has sprung a leak and the front wheel bearings are clicking there is no play but sounds very noisy i think they may have been fitted badly

so not bad really i fixed it in less than a week a long week lol

ps where can i disscus jetting??
